Fleet, bridge, and port operations
Ship managers and fleet operators run ECDIS navigation, propulsion controls, ballast and cargo management, and AIS transponders — systems historically isolated by design, now linked to satellite connectivity, crew Wi-Fi, and vendor remote access on the same integrated bridge network.
We assess and segment these systems, build AI-assisted predictive maintenance for engines and rotating equipment, and prepare crews and shore staff for the training requirements now mandated under MTSA.
Offshore oil & gas
Platforms, FPSOs, and drilling operations
Offshore assets combine remote, high-consequence operating environments with SCADA, umbilical control, and drilling-control systems that are difficult to patch, difficult to physically access, and increasingly monitored over satellite and microwave links back to shore.
We focus on segmentation between process control and corporate networks, continuous monitoring that works over constrained bandwidth, and AI-driven analytics for condition monitoring on rotating and subsea equipment.
Petrochemical & process plants
Refineries, terminals, and pipeline operations
Refineries and terminals run DCS and PLC environments where availability and safety outrank everything else — and where a compromised control loop has physical, not just financial, consequences. Pipeline SCADA adds a geographically distributed attack surface that's hard to fully monitor.
We build segmentation and monitoring that respects process-safety constraints, align documentation to ISO/IEC 27001, and scope AI use cases — throughput optimization, predictive maintenance — that stay out of safety-instrumented systems entirely.
